You design it — we will make it. Machined, fabricated, plated and painted entirely in-house, to Def Stan and MIL-SPEC standards.

From flat sheet to finished assembly. Our fabrication division handles laser cutting, forming, welding and inserting, with quality-controlled processes at every stage of production.
A comprehensive in-house finishing suite — from chemical conversion and plating through to wet paint and powder coating. For our defence sector customer processes can be certified to Def Stan and MIL-SPEC requirements.
Elastomeric and plastic components in all shapes and sizes — from moulded seals to Form-In-Place conductive gaskets. Our dedicated elastomers division serves defence, industrial and life science customers.

Our customers include HMG and their Primes, but we are mostly working with mid-tier defence suppliers, producing complex assemblies for man-pack, vehicle installations for the land arena, with extensive end uses in maritime and air platforms. Our work for National Security can require us to operate under a full Manufacturing Security Plan.

For decades we have been machining precision RF and electronic housings where dimensional tolerance, shielding integrity and surface finish are non-negotiable. We also lay Form-In-Place conductive gaskets in-house — something very few UK manufacturers offer under one roof.

Much of what we manufacture underpins national security. From our air-gapped IT infrastructure to staff vetting and physical security across all three sites, we take that responsibility seriously — protecting your IP and the country's security.
Your technical data and drawings are stored exclusively on our air-gapped internal network, completely isolated from the public internet. We hold Cyber Essentials Plus certification, with ISO 27001 currently in progress.
Every member of our workforce holds Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance as a minimum. A number of our staff are vetted to Security Check (SC) level, enabling us to support sensitive contracts.
Where a contract requires enhanced security controls, we have the capability to operate under a bespoke Manufacturing Security Plan, tailored to the specific classification and handling requirements of the work.
All three of our manufacturing sites operate 24-hour alarm monitoring with comprehensive CCTV coverage throughout. Physical access is controlled and logged at all times across every facility.
We invest heavily in developing talent at every level — from Level 3 apprentices in CNC machining and fabrication through to Degree Apprentices studying with Aston University. Ten years of apprenticeships, five Degree Apprenticeship graduates, and nine currently on programme.
With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner in-house and a formal Graduate Recruitment scheme launching in 2026, continuous improvement is embedded at every level of the business.
