Why Visit Geometric Manufacturing?

Established in 1986, Geometric Manufacturing has developed from a small CNC machining facility to a multi-site business that delivers machined metalwork, elastomers and rubber moulding, laser engraving and form in place gaskets to major industries including Defence & Security. 

Our 50-strong team includes highly skilled CAD/CAM programmers that use the latest software; CNC Setters and Operators, running HAAS 3-axis & 5-axis machining centres, and a Trotec laser engraving machine; and our Quality department use a Hexagon Co-ordinate Measuring Machine.

Innovation is at the core of what we do, with continual efficiencies in programming, multi-part applications and automation with the recent introduction of Robotics. Alongside this, we are working towards a UK-leading Degree Apprenticeship programme, working with Aston University to deliver a BEng Honours Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

On The Day


Tours & Talks

You will be able to take a guided tour around the headquarters in Tewkesbury, seeing our CNC machines in action and listening to some of the amazing staff talk through how we operate.

We will then host a 15 minute talk with one of our Degree Apprentices on their experiences in the business. Understand what a Degree Apprenticeship entails, on-the-job learning and why they chose to join us.

Finally, you’ll get the chance to operate a machine and perform a quality check using our Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (schools only).
