What is the Geometric Academy?

The Geometric Academy is where Geometric Manufacturing invest in their staff. We aim to have 10% of our staff in higher education or external education, teaching them key skills within the engineering industry but still earning and gaining real life experience within the business.

What Can I Study?

As an engineering business, we find suitable education to help our staff study within the industry but also give them the opportunity to learn new things. Our main focus is on programming, computer science and operating.

What Sort of Study is Available?

We cater for all sorts of studying, from apprenticeship level to degree level, depending on experience. We want to take our apprentices to the next step meaning that once they have completed one course, that is not the end. A lot of our staff are machine operators or programmers, but we have office staff as well so we look for admin, customer service and marketing as well
