We operate from two sites in Tewkesbury totalling 38,000 square feet.
Our headquarters is a purpose built factory and administration centre, located at M5 Junction 9. Here we have Haas 5 axis and 3 axis machines, as well as a selection of Fadal CNC machines, and a CNC router.
This factory also houses our rubber and elastomers division, where we mould and cut a host of different materials, and also lay conductive gaskets using a robotic dispenser. We also operate a laser engraving and cutting machine in this division.
A team of manufacturing engineers are based at HQ, along with the Quality Department, Production Control and accounts.
Our second site, located 3 miles away in the village of Bredon, has the same Haas and Fadal CNC machines, and a Haas CNC Lathe.
Both sites have temperature controlled inspection rooms, and for staff comfort, locker rooms, kitchens, and somewhere to eat. Tea and coffee, and all workwear is provided by the company. Both sites have ample dedicated parking, with electric chargers being installed in the near future, where staff will be able free to charge their electric cars.
